For customers from NSW, free delivery on all orders above $100, and $10 flat rate will be applied for all orders below $100.

For customers from VIC, QLD, ACT, TAS and SA, free delivery on all orders above $150, flat rate of $10 shipping fee will be applied for all orders below $150.

For customers from WA or NT, flat rate of $15 shipping fee will be applied for all orders.  

Once we received your order, please allow 1-2 business days to wrap and pack before it makes its way to you. Then usually takes 1-8 business days to arrive from the date that order been shipped, the time may vary depends on the destination.

Please note that all our works are handmade which means that they vary slightly from one another, there will be some flecks or speckles. We will only issue a refund if a product is faulty or different from the picture shown on the website.
